How to manage the Knowledge base
The knowledge base is a simple yet powerful feature of edloomio. It’s an easy way to store manuals and other useful information. You can add categories and articles. Articles can include text, images and attachments.
First click on the knowledge base icon in the main menu. You’ll see s nested overview of categories and articles. You can search for articles with the search bar.
To edit categories or articles, you can click in the cog icon next to the title of the category or article.
You can also click on the “Manage categories” to see a simplified overview of all categories.
You can also click on the “Manage articles” to see a simplified overview of all articles.
To add categories or articles, click on the “Manage categories” or “Manage articles” button. Next click on the “add category” or “add article” button. Fill in the form and click save.
*NEW 2.9* Now you can select cohort(s) for each category so the articles inside that category are only available for users of the selected cohorts.
You can hide articles and categories by clicking on the eye icon in the “Manage categories” or “Manage articles” screen.
You can delete articles and categories by clicking on the trashcan icon in the “Manage categories” or “Manage articles” screen.
